First Hand Poker is an educational application that teaches No-Limit Texas Hold'em poker through interactive lessons, scenarios, and coach-guided learning. The Service is purely educational and does not involve real-money gambling, wagering, or any form of financial risk.

The Service may offer free and paid features. If you purchase a subscription, payment will be processed through the Apple App Store or other authorized payment providers. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies will be clearly presented at the time of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

First Hand Poker is an educational tool only. The Service does not facilitate, promote, or involve gambling, real-money wagering, or any financial transactions related to poker play. No virtual currency or in-app tokens hold real-world monetary value.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the educational content, and use of the strategies taught is at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, First Hand Poker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any financial losses incurred while playing poker using knowledge gained from the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
